These programs are designed for adults who are ready to train, ready to work, and meet the criteria set by the Good Jobs Challenge grant. To qualify, you must:

CT OutlineBe a CT resident and eligible to work in the US

img (3)Have a high school diploma or GED

unemployedBe working and underemployed* or unemployed

transport-1Have reliable transportation to trainings and future employment

fulltimeBe able to work in a full-time healthcare role after training

*Underemployed means you are not currently connected to a full-time job which pays at the same level of your education, skills, or wage and/or salary earned previously, or you have obtained only episodic, short-term, or part-time employment.
